Once an order for a physical product has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may refuse delivery of the product, and upon the return of the product to Obsidian Strength, a full refund will be processed.
We do not provide refunds for coaching services for a month that has already been paid for. Our coaching services are billed in advance, and we dedicate resources to ensuring you have the best experience possible. Therefore, we encourage our clients to utilize our services to their fullest during the billing cycle.
